What does SurveyGauge cost?
Professional starts from €1,350 per month and Business from €2,690 per month, excl. VAT and billed annually. Enterprise is priced by number of companies and markets. For smaller companies and first CX programmes we offer a starter programme from €570 per month. The price is fixed: nothing per user, per survey or per response.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
The first 12 months, billed annually. After that there is no lock-in, and the agreement can be cancelled on a rolling basis. If the partnership ends, your data is available for export in a standard format for 30 days afterwards. No lock-in.
What does onboarding include?
Technical setup, a strategic workshop, data import and team training. There is no setup fee.
Can we try SurveyGauge before we sign?
Yes. We run a free trial survey with up to 50 contacts at your most important customers, sent from your domain, and go through the results with you for 30 minutes. No obligation.
What if we already have a contract with another vendor?
Then you pay nothing for SurveyGauge until your current contract ends, for up to 6 months. We move customers, contacts and historical responses from your previous system for free, so you keep your trend data.
Can we switch between plans?
Yes, you can always upgrade your plan as you grow. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
What does the satisfaction guarantee involve?

How long does it take to get started?
Typically you are live with the first send-out within 2-4 weeks. Onboarding includes data import, flow setup and quality assurance.
Do we need in-house technical expertise?
No. We handle the platform setup, the import of your customers and the ongoing optimisation. If you want to connect your CRM through our API, we help your IT team with it. Your time commitment is 2-6 hours a month.
How are you different from SurveyMonkey or other tools?

Can we integrate with our CRM?
